Online customers can now
download a Trade-in request form and mail in their own
protective envelope (chip returned for Trade-in cannot be
damaged) at their own expense. Must adhere to and follow program
instructions on Trade-in form carefully to ensure processing of
your request.
*Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price. Valid for US & Canadian
Residents Only. Certain entry-level products not subject to
refund program. Some restrictions may apply. To ensure proper
processing of your refund, please be sure the information you
provide is complete and accurate. $100 refund applies to
purchase of a new Navionics chart product at $299 MSRP or
greater. $75 refund applies to purchase of a new Navionics chart
product at $199-$298 MSRP. $50 refund applies to purchase of a
new Navionics chart product at $130-$198 MSRP. $25 refund
applies to purchase of a new Navionics chart product at $99-$129
MSRP. New Navionics Charts must be purchased from an authorized
Navionics dealer at MSRP. Old Navionics chart returned for
trade-in must be in good working condition (i.e. no physical
damage, no addition or deletion of data to/from card, no writing
on the media, Navionics label must be intact). Competitor charts
are not eligible for this Trade-in program. Employees of
authorized dealer are not eligible. Trade-in program can not be
combined with any other Navionics offer, rebate or promotion.
DATED ITEMIZED SALES RECEIPT and UPC LABEL (bar code) from the
new product packaging must be included in the envelope along
with old Navionics chart for trade-in. Photocopies, computer
printouts or handwritten receipts will not be accepted unless
bearing the original signature of the dealer’s representative.
If you purchased a chartplotter with embedded Navionics Charts,
a photocopy of the original receipt for chartplotter purchase
will be accepted instead of a physical chip. Navionics is not
responsible for incomplete or lost forms and will not provide
notification for refused refund requests. Fraudulent forms will
be refused without notification and reported. Refund is issued
in US dollars. Please allow 6-8 weeks from receipt of your
trade-in for the processing of your refund. Mail within 30 days
of new chart purchase. No applications received after 60 days
from date of purchase will be honored unless duly date stamped.
Earlier versions of this promotion are null and void. Trade-in
requests received in previous Trade-in envelopes are subject to
the guidelines stated herein. The Navionics Trade-in Program is
subject to change without notice. For your convenience, we are
providing you with Trade-in Mailers available from Authorized
Navionics Dealers. This envelope is untrackable and we do not
guarantee its contents if lost or damaged. You may choose to
send via other shipping methods that provide insurance and/or
tracking at your expense.
Competitor charts are also not eligible.

This policy is applicable to CF, SD, MicroSD and MMC media.
Determine the category of your chart and refer to the table
below for the appropriate discount. Change of area and media is
allowed with exclusion of charts of Russian Rivers (37XG, 38XG,
39XG and 40XG).**

INSTRUCTIONS
Bring your chart to your local
dealer and ask for the update. The dealer will collect your
chart and give you back the updated version in a reasonable
amount of time (time for this operation depends solely on the
dealer). The update discount will reflect that which is
displayed in the above table (according to RRP).**
**Navchart media format can be
updated but only to Navchart. Digimap and Microchart media
formats as well as Gold XL charts are not part of these
programs. Competitor charts are also not eligible.
